Our company protects consumer rights and gives utmost importance to customer satisfaction after sales. The dissatisfaction you may experience with the products you have purchased, production and cargo errors, all kinds of problems you may have with the products you have purchased are meticulously evaluated and the problem is solved.

The product must meet the following conditions for return.

We kindly ask you to send the product returns to us with your contracted Aras Kargo.

  1.        Product to be Returned
  2.        Invoice for the product, with all copies,
  3.        Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted,
  4.        The product to be returned must be sent as received, complete and undamaged within 14 days.
  5.        If the invoice of the product you want to return is in the name of the company, it must be sent together with the return invoice to be issued to us.
  6.        If the product or products you want to return are defective and damaged, the shipping fee is covered by us if sent by Aras Kargo.
  7.        If the customer receives the wrong product, wants to change the product or arbitrary returns, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.
  8.        If the returned products are examined by our company and meet the appropriate return conditions, the refund will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The time for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to the credit card are reflected in the account within 1-5 days.
  9.        If a bulk discount is applied to the returned products, the discount amount is divided by the number of products. The discount amount of the products you return is deducted and reflected in your return account.
  10.    If the product to be returned is sent by Aras Kargo, which we have an agreement with, it will be received. When sent with a different cargo company, the shipping fee is not accepted by us. In this case, the shipping fee is collected from the buyer and the remaining fee is refunded.

General Return Conditions,

- The product to be returned must be in its original box or packaging.

- Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.

- Returns of products whose original box/packaging has deteriorated (for example: products with a cargo label pasted on the original box and taped with cargo duct tape are not accepted), which have lost their resalability and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.

- You must send the original invoice (all copies in your possession) and a petition containing the reason for the return together with the product you want to return.

- If the product / products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company. In this case, you need to send with contracted cargo. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to you.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Dear customers, you can cancel your orders that you have placed incorrectly or have given up. In order for the cancellation process to take place quickly, please contact us using our phone number in the contact section. There may be delays in contacting by mail. Sometimes mails are checked late due to the intensity. There is a possibility that the product has been shipped. If the product has not been shipped in the cancellation process, the entire fee will be refunded by the method you perform the transaction. If the product has been shipped, the shipping fee or fees are deducted and refunded.
